Miter cut fabrication is accomplished by miter cutting the frame to the desired width and height. Next insert Cat. No.
1795 Corners and wrap the frame around the glass or acrylic panel. Then use Cat. No.
S1936 Tool to crimp the frame onto the dimples in the corners to provide a tight fit.
Square Cut Fabrication
Square cut fabrication is accomplished by simply square cutting the frame 1-7/16" (36.5 mm) less than the desired width and height of the frame. Next insert the
Square Sash Corners, wrap the frame around the glass or acrylic panel and the fabrication is complete.
CRL-Sash Universal Storm Window Frame comes in 12'-2" (3.66 m) lengths. In order for this material to shipped via UPS it must be cut at 96" (2.44 m).
