  • When you have heavy glass to lift and need cord-free movement we have the equipment to help you get the job done. The CRL Powr-Grip EUP11104DC0 Powr-Grip Single Channel Vacuum Lifting Frame features four 11" (280 mm) lipped rubber cups, mounted on a steel channel which, when attached to the glass, measures 12" x 51" (305 x 1,300 mm). The dual vacuum system features two vacuum line circuits, allowing the lifter to maintain the vacuum level for one circuit even if an unexpected vacuum loss occurs in the other one. This system is designed to reduce the risk of falling loads, which could result from breakage or other accidents that compromise one area of the vacuum system.

    Each EUP11104DC carries its own vacuum pump and controls; applies in 6 seconds and releases in 12; weighs only 70 lbs. (32 kg) ready-to-work, and carries a safe work load rating of 700 lbs. (318 kg).

    The EUP11104DC can be fitted with concave cups for handling curved glass and the individual cups are easily replaced if damaged at the job site. Restrictions at the cups minimize the chance of load loss if the glass breaks across one cup. Stocked in 12-Volt DC power, the units are also available in optional 240-Volt AC power. The EUP11104DC comes with a heavy-duty aluminium lift bar which gives the unit 180 degrees of edgewise rotation with positive locking in three positions; 90 degrees of tilt, vertical to flat; and automatic latching in the upright position.

    Powr Lifting Frames for Rent CRL offers Wood's Powr Lifting Frames on a week to week rental basis. Customers are responsible for all common carrier freight charges and may be required to provide a security deposit. Usage time is based on a one week minimum and begins on the day the frame arrives at the customer. Rental billing ends on the day the frame is shipped back to CRL.
