• Parcel carrier used for box shipments less than 1 metre in size.
• Freight carrier used for tubes and box shipments over 1 metre in length.

• ROI STANDARD €29.95 shipping for orders less than €500 shipping to Republic of Ireland. Maximum shipping length 2.6 metres. No limit to number of tubes/boxes.
• ROI OVERSIZED €39.95 shipping for orders less than €500 containing items over 2.6 metres shipping to Republic of Ireland. No limit to number of tubes/boxes.

• CHANNEL ISLANDS STANDARD £35.00 for shipping orders to the Channel Islands. Maximum shipping length 2.6 metres. No limit to number of tubes/boxes.
• CHANNEL ISLANDS OVERSIZED £45.00 for shipping orders to the Channel Islands containing items over 2.6 metres. No limit to number of tubes/boxes.
• Exceptionally large or heavy goods may incur additional charges, you will be notified prior to despatch for consideration
• Timed next day deliveries and Saturday deliveries available on request to areas where carriers offer this service. Carriage will be charged at cost.
• Export orders carriage will be charged at cost.
• Packing charge. A £6.50 packing charge applies in cases where less than 5 items that require packing in tubes are ordered. You can avoid this charge by combining channels and seals etc to obtain the 5 items required.

• Orders can be collected from our trade counter between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday on request

RETURNS POLICY

• We accept return of goods ordered in error / not suitable for your requirements providing they are unmarked and in original packaging.
• It is the customers responsibility to return the goods
• The maximum time span that we will consider for credit is 12 months from date of sale.
• We cannot accept return of custom made / special order products & discontinued product lines.
• We will only issue a credit for the cost of the goods, not any initial shipping / packing charges.

RESTOCKING FEES

• Up to 30 days from invoice date - no restock fee.
• 30 – 180 days from invoice date - 20% restock fee
• 181 days – 1 year from invoice date – 30% restock fee.
